Frankincense is know to help allergies, bites (insect and snake), bronchitis, colds, headaches, healing, high blood pressure, jaundice, nervous conditions, pneumonia, sciatic pain, stress, tension, and wounds.
Dilute with a carrier oil of your choice to minimize any skin sensitivity. Apply one to two drops to desired area.
Use three to four drops in a diffuser.
Dilute one drop in at least 4 FL OZ of liquid for internal use.
