With its calming properties and varied uses, lavender oil is often a must-have oil people simply don’t want to be without. Lavender oil is known to help anxiety, arthritis, bruises, burns, cold sores, earaches, fainting, relieve headaches, reduce blood pressure, hives, insect bites and bee stings, migraine headaches, mental clarity, nervous tension, rheumatism and skin conditions.
Dilute with a carrier oil of your choice to minimize any skin sensitivity. Apply one to two drops to desired area.
Use three to four drops in a diffuser.
Dilute one drop in at least 4 FL OZ of liquid for internal use.
