Oregano essential oil (Origanum vulgare) has benefits that were first recognized in ancient Greece, where oregano essential oil was often used on skin to help support its health
Oregano oil is known to help athlete’s foot, calluses, canker sores, carpal tunnel, stimulate the immune system, inflammation, MRSA, muscle aches, parasites, pneumonia, ringworm, warming (body), and whooping cough.
Dilute with a carrier oil of your choice to minimize any skin sensitivity. Apply one to two drops to desired area.
Use three to four drops in a diffuser.
Dilute one drop in at least 4 FL OZ of liquid for internal use.
